friendly staff great location various activities
the staff were friendly and helpful. i was impressed with the cleanliness. i enjoyed the breakfast and dinner spread (especially the indian food). there were lots of activities available for my family and kids.

The reception staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. I appreciated the explanation of the room facilities they provided. The buffet offered a varied and extensive selection. The grounds were maintained well and the swimming pool was both clean and warm.
The response to my questions prior to my stay could have been improved.

The hotel offered proximity to the lake and its surroundings. This made for picturesque views and easy access to boat tours and other water-based activities. The setting provided a tranquil atmosphere away from the bustle of city life.

The restaurant featured a great variety of buffet selections. I especially enjoyed freshly made naan bread. I also enjoyed the afternoon tea servicewith freshly cooked snacks served by the beautiful lakefront.

The staff arranged excursions with great knowledge. The staff greeted me upon arriving back at the hotel to ensure the trip went smoothly, which showed care. I found the team consistently helpful and attentive .

The room included a superb view over the lake that enhanced the stay. The room was clean. This ensured a comfortable and pleasant environment. The decor was well-appointed. I found the space relaxing and functional.
